Simplified answer: Yes we all see the same part of the moon. More complex answer: Just as some parts of the earth surface near the poles do not see the sun for six months in a year, some parts of the earth surface near the poles don't see the moon at all for a while. Also, the moon librates (wobbles) in three different ways, so up to 8 degrees of surface that ought to be invisible can come into view. Then there are the phases of the moon. And eclipses. And so on.
