I have a nasally voice and I have sounded like I have a permanent blocked nose for more than 2 years now. What could this be? Is there anything I can do?

An enlarged uvula may be the cause of your symptoms. You will need to see a doctor to correct this. Sinus polyps may further restrict air flow in your nasal passages. Steroid spray can offer temporary relief.
