  • You are not your job, that's just what you do. Have a happy attitude,(in ALL you do), and that will be the way your day will turn around for you. I also find that if you think a thing will be easy, it will be. I've overcome alot of fears and depressing thoughts that way. Carry on, be happy, and see you back here later! :)
  • Knowing you do have options in life (no matter how small they may seem). That's something to grateful for. =)
  • I don't know if this will help you, but you can be grateful you have a job and maybe that will make you feel better.
  • Look on the bright side. 1. You woke up this morning. 2. You have a job Spend the day planning how you are going to improve your situation, do a little something every day to improve your situation.Visualize the future.
