Wolfgang and Constanze had six children. Only two of whom lived to alduthood. Very sad but also common in the 1700's. Their first child Raimund Leopold was born on June 17, 1783. He lived two months and died on August 19, 1783 for unkown reasons. On September 21, 1784 Karl Thomas (correct spelling) was born. He live until he was 74 years old. Their third son Johann Thomas was born on October 18, 1786. He died of "saffocation" one month later on November 15, 1786. Theresa Constanzia Adelheid was born on December 27, 1787. She passed away from "cramps" on June 29, 1788. Mozart's second daugher was born Anna Maria on November 2, 1789 but died only one hour after birth. Their sixth and final child only born a few months before Mozart died was Franz Xaver Wolfgang on July 26, 1790 and lived until July 29, 1844. He was 54. Constanze was very ill throughout all of her pregnancies. Her illnesses contributed to their mounting debt. She spent much time between and during her pregnancies at "spas" trying to regain her health. She did remarry after Mozart's death but did not have anymore children. Calling Wolfgang her "one true passionate love".
