unless they just declared caffine an illegal substance then no OH MY GOD!!!!!! what a horrid thought caffene being an illegal substance. That means no more chocolate for me. lol

While alcohol hinders your minds responses Caffiene does the opposite, So no caffiene actually helps me drive when on long trips where I might have fallen asleep at the wheel without it.

I believe it's considered a distraction, and several states in the US are trying to make a law against driving whilst distracted (i.e. drinking, eating, shaving, text messaging, talking on the 'phone...) I, however, think it an unfair law to the parent driving with two children in the backseat... "Are we there yet?" "He's BREATHING on me!!" "STOP TOMMY!! MO-OOOOOOOM!!!!" After putting up with that, the last thing MO-OOOOOM needs is a traffic ticket.

no it is not. but it is providing a distraction for drivers,it takes there attention away from the road.

not that iam aware of no, it does not . but any kind o drinking, smoking, or eating while driving i would think of as a bad idea.

Only if it is very hot, I spill some on me and cause an accident! Otherwise, no. :)
