None for a while although I did get 'ganged up' on by a whole group once which was very entertaining.

Occasionally spar with a right wing freak who is pro vietnam war, pro Iraq war and probably has a nuclear shelter in his garden for when the commies take over

Castrate and I have dueled it out on a few memorable occasions. That doesn't mean we aren't generally polite and civil to each other if we happen to bump into one another. He is also on my friends list. I used to debate - well, argue - with Junk Yard Dog almost every day. I haven't seen him around in a long time, though.

I will attempt to spar with almost anyone who demonstrates lazy thinking or who regurgitates 'conventional wisdom' that does not stand up to 2 seconds of scrutiny. You know who you are.....;-D....

I don't know. I've made a few "friends" here. I occasionally have a civilized disagreement with Pasobrio and "Saved by..." (name changes often), though it's more of a friendly bickering. Roger Kovaciny and the Blaylock brothers (especially Bob) immediately spring to mind when it comes to people I often disagree with strongly and vocally, though I've had a few go-rounds with enough other people that I don't bother remembering all of their names.

I have sparred with some and I stop as soon as it becomes an argument, other than one time. So... nobody. I do not like arguing but I like debating.

I've only gotten in an argument with one ABer, and so now I choose not to respond to her condescending remarks. Or her questions for that matter, because then I only open myself up to conflict. I don't need anymore of that in my life, especially in my happy place, Answerbag.
