Ebay or other online auctions are your best bet for modded system. Stores and other retailers do not sell them. I believe this is for legal reasons.

I want to play copied ps1 games on my ps2.. and i keep hearing people say i need a mod chip? wat the ? i have no idea wat their on about.. plus.. can play them on a ps1 anyway?
