Yes. It is something your body becomes dependent upon. You will get withdrawls on days you don't drink it. Its best just to stay away from caffiene altogether. =)

If you drink other caffeinated beverages, it wouldn't make much difference. There is caffeine in many other things, like dark sodas, chocolate drinks, teas, energy drinks, etc. As with all things, moderation is best.

It's unhealthy no matter what. Most people don't realize how dehydrating caffeine is.
