I would have to think that the truth would depend upon the perspective. Fact is something that will stay in stone. Truth is something that can also be formed as a lie, even though it's the truth.

Facts are supposed to an objective actual occurrence, existence or 'a piece of information presented as having objective reality'. Of course, it used to be a fact that the Earth was flat... Truth is more subjective and can be more of a spiritual reality along with judgments, propositions or ideas that are true/accepted as true. It can also be defined as 'sincerity in action, character and utterance'. So in that way it can be dependent upon perspective, one person's truths aren't necessarily another's. I think the most telling difference of fact and truth can be summed up by using the US Declaration of Independence as an example. After all, it isn't "We hold these (facts) to be self-evident", it was written as "We hold these TRUTHS to be self-evident". That's all the Truth I need. =)
