I've used one once, and I never will again. It hurt a lot to have it on. (Perhaps I got one that was too tight, but it hurt enough so that I'll never try it again.) My girlfriend said she basically noticed no difference. A tip for guys trying one: You have to put them on before you're hard, and then you have to become flaccid again to get them off. I had to cut mine off, because it hurt too much for me to cum, but I couldn't lose my wood with it on. I'd say if you like a little bit of pain with your sex (I do not), then give it a try.
