There are reports of individuals who have lived several hundred years while maintaining a very youthful appearance and lifestyle. These individuals have attempted to keep their identities hidden in the shadows, often taking on several different lives, moving from place to place and learning new skills with each move. These folks have partaken in several lives in one.
We call it a "genetic advantage" when we refer to hereditary traits that are beneficial to us. Yes, some people are endowed with genes that enable them to live longer and healthier than the average people.
