What's to be concerned or upset with. Everyone is born and everyone must die. That's the way it is, there is nothing we can do about the ultimate demise, just live the best life you can. Hopefully, when you're gone, people will remember you fondly. If you are remembered and loved, you never truly die. You will live on in the memories of those that think of you.

Try harder to find God. I’m currently trying (unsuccessfully) to grow closer to God. If I can ever develop the kind of faith that many people I know have (or claim to have), I will not worry about death because I will know this mortal life is just one step in our eternal communion with God. Unfortunately, this is easier said than done.

I had this problem as a teenager/young adult. My solution was to get away from my surroundings and close my eyes and listen to the wonderful sounds of life around me. If you concentrate on what you have you worry less about what you may loose. If you make an effort to enjoy your time here the inevitable end takes up less space in your head. We will all die. But we may have time to appreciate life beforehand if we stop to look. Hope this helps. Sounds corny but it worked for me.
