Sure there is an old saying that if something doesn't kill you it only makes you stronger and that is true I have gone through alot of personal trials in my life and I think all of them in one way or another has had an influence on the man I am today without a doubt

i've been through some really trying situations, and i'm glad i went through them because i'm stronger now than i ever was before.

Not WHO we are but maybe a big part of WHAT we are. Going through things can break us or make us stronger. It can help us develop lasting qualities, reach down and find the strength we didn't know was there or that passion about something we didn't know we cared about.
