A soupcon of salivary amylase an enzyme (also a protein) which gets a head start at the digesting process by breaking down starch into sugar.
Not much else. Trace amounts of various enzymes and minerals.

after i eat a meal i have to use the bathroom,does this mean the food i eat digest fast or i just ate enough for the other food to come out?
