Get them checked out but be careful you don't have a pedeatrician that likes to hand out antibiotics like candy. My daughter had constant ear infections to the point where they wanted to put tubes in her ears years ago. But the doctor put her on antibiotics for everything & now they don't really work for her because she's immune to alot of them

I would wait and see if things improve or get worse. Children pulling on ears is one of the most common reasons parents take thier kids to the doctor, and also the most common false alarm. He could very likely just be exploring his body, if he doesn't seem too upset about anything, and isn't extra fussy, I wouldn't worry. You know best how your baby is acting and if he is in need of help or not, trust those instincts. At this age my daughter pulled on her ears ALL THE TIME and never once had an ear infection, although I was constantly told different by strangers who saw this.
