Chi is a great thing, especially when you play with it. By using chi you can do no touch knock-outs. One man that i know of knows how to use chi very well, George Dillman. He can knock out people from behind sheets.

But there are people who don't believe chi is a real thing and they say that it will only work on people that believe in it.

Chi is your "life force" a flow of energy that runs through and around your body. The power it holds can be impressive if you witness a person who has mastered his or her own chi. Powers include the ability to heal others and youself through touch, acupressure, or flow regulation through movements. People who have a great chi control can channel it to specific body parts to protect them, or inflict damage to an opponent. To truely master chi takes years of daily dedication and practice, the average martial artist or lay person interested in chi will only feel minimal effects from it. However you choose to think of chi, an electromagnetic bi-product of our bodys daily functions, or a mystical force that inspires the imagination. In my opinion there is no dobut that it is real and holds power, how much depends on how far you're willing to develope it.
