If you have a clothes drier, you could pop it in there with one of those nice smelling fabric strips. That should remove the smell. Other than that, spraying the shirt with some perfume or deoderant, and then hanging it outside in the sun and breeze might help lift the odour.

Pretty Pirate beat me to it. I was going to suggest the clothes dryer with a fabric softening sheet. Do you have a product called Febreeze in the UK? It's designed to remove odors from fabric and upholstery. You just spray it on. It removes the odor, rather than just mask it with a perfume.
