I would recommend the B vitamins specialities: Spirulina Chlorella and kefir. MS is characterized by demyelinization. Some similar symptoms are experienced by people with adverse reaction to herpes sores infections. Same thing with them on visions, peripheral neuritis (needle under skin pain), fatigue, dizziness. The infections produce annoying feverish recirrences that have been alleviated by the regular taking of spirulina and chlorella. The three supplements above have provided incredible treatments to a whole host other incredible ailments assciated with 'degenerative sicknesses'. This means that the human race is highly deficient in b vitamins.

Well, there are two questions here - Firstly, Are there any Homeopathic treatments for MS? Most certainly. There's a Homeopathic treatment for just about every ailment known to man, and quite a few that are pretty much made up on the spot. Of course, the second question is - Are There any EFFECTIVE Homeopathic treatments for MS? Absolutely not. Homeopathy is nothing but silly woo-woo, and does little more than transfer money from your pocket into the pocket of someone who is basically giving you an expensive placebo.
