  • So that's what they mean by 'escaped by a hare's breath.' The evil villian just passed out. Ya might wanta take the bunny to the Vet just to make sure nothing is wrong, like a broken or decaying tooth or a tumor. Take some ventriliquist lessons first so your wabbit can ask " What's up, Doc?" If your rabbit is on a diet of mostly processed pellets you need to add some chlorophyll to it's diet. That's the chemical that is in breath mints and in green plants. Wild rabbits eat green plants anyway, but don't go feeding your's grass from the lawn or carrott tops etc. You can buy pelletized foods with more chlorophyll, some are even labelled as 'breath freshening' or packaged bunny greens or rodent greens, I know rabbits aren't rodents, but the rodent greens will be OK. Most of them are dried alfalfa, Hey! that's just hay! There are also some little preseeded trays that you can grow your own. You might try teaching it to gargle, if you suceed you could get yourself and your rabbit on TV.
