homeless people don't "live" anywhere....but they do "crash" everywhere. they are the most "Free" people in the world...vagabonds, able to oome and go as they please. so naturally, they dwell in central park until they are told to keep it moving. i mean, how many times have you fallen asleep on the beach or in the park...?cops don't kick you out during the daytime.. homeless people sleep during the day, and wander the streets at night. (unless of course, they are fortunate enough to find a shelter that has available beds...in qhich case, they wander the streets from 8am till 5 or 6pm, searching for a job...and then they chill in the shelter.) i speak from experiance.
