i think you press the # button to make it go to capitals, although i would make sure.

Fix-it-now

Changing case is tricky. First be in the TAP mode. Pressing the up or down arrow, within 1 second after entering a character, changes the case of the entered character AND sets the case for subsequent characters. Up arrow - changes to uppercase down arrow - changes to lower case. NOTE: the timing is critical!!!!
