Do NOT attempt to do this. It is a VERY bad idea and no matter what you do, it won't stay off. You'll end up hurting yourself.

There are probably various stupid crash diets or just simple starvation that could do this. However, it would not be a smart thing to do. People who lose weight in such a short period of time often find they put on more weight than they had to begin with when they return to eating normally (or even healthily) as the body tries to recover from the shock it received. Furthermore doing this would probably destroy your metabolism and ultimately damage your health (possibly even putting your life in danger). The best way to lose weight healthily is to adopt a healthy substantial diet, drink more water and exercise regularly. It might not be as quick as you may like but you will benefit from it far more both health and appearance wise.

Atkins and excersize. It will probably be more like 10-14 days depending on your weight now..BUT...you HAVE to follow the diet strictly, if you cheat you won't lose. And get moving!
