A friend of mine had it done. Saline implants. She went for a mammogram and the implant ruptured. Had it redone, the next implants started leaking, I believe when she was doing some heavy gardening. Didn't want to go thru another surgery, so, is just letting the deflated implants stay in her body.

I seriously thought about getting this done this once, Untill I had a friend get it done. When she came home.... it was nasty! They actually cut her nipples off! She was all bruised up and sore. She has went back 3 times because of problems.

A womans silicone's went so hard that she nudged into someone, who thought it was her elbow!! It was extremely painful too, of course.

here are some side effects you might experience: As with any surgical procedure, bleeding following the operation may cause some swelling and pain. Capsular contracture, or hardening around the breast implant, may occur months or years after breast augmentation. This occurs if the scar or capsule around the implant begins to tighten. Capsular contracture can be treated in several ways, and sometimes requires either removal or "scoring" of the scar tissue, or perhaps removal or replacement of the implant. Some women have reported alteration in nipple or skin sensation. These symptoms usually disappear within time, but may be permanent in some patients.
