Big time. At home, if I don't disable my firewall, most of the site doesn't load. :-/

It bothers me that AnswerBag requires Javascript to be turned on, but does NOT display any warning message when it is turned off. They could at least say "Hey, please turn on Javascript, or half the site may look strangely broken." And since web-browsers hide the Javascript switch way out where nobody can find it, please include some very detailed instructions. It would save people literally an hour of searching for the switch!
