A low wattage lamp or overhead lighting?

I prefer it. I don't want to feel like I'm in the sun, it gives me a headache after awhile. I don't have a bulb over 60 watts anywhere in the house.

I have both. For ambient lighting, low wattage. For kitchen and office, overhead.

Low wattage lamps for me expect in the kitchen , 40 Watt or night lights + up

I like low wattage lamps. (Except in the kitchen and dining room).
