About 10 years ago the year before I started getting flu shots...No ill effects from the shot at all and it works!!! That's why I can't believe that sometimes professional sports players get the flu and have to sit out of their sport for days when all they needed was a $5 flu shot...Go figure, yet they take steroids...lol

It's been about 7 -8 years since I've contracted the flu. I take the vaccinations and , so far, they've worked well for me.

Two weeks ago Drink lots of orange juice that sorts you out!!! Yummie! =)

9 weeks ago, I ended up in hospital because my throat swelled up so much I couldn't breath. I then got Tonsillitis, Bronchitis, Stomach bug and now 9 weeks later I woke up yesterday with a sore throat and stuffed up head. I am on a roll.
