You can actually be killed by one depending on the size and where it explodes, and dead seems like a pretty bad injury to me.

I have seen pictures of someone who had one in his mouth, he doesn’t have a mouth/jaw/chin anymore, and he is still alive, his eyes looked like blue crystals from pain, have you seen Resident Evil, the zombie’s eyes, that is what it looked like, the other alternative is to hold it in your hand for a blowing result, rather keep it away from kids and use responsible.
