No this will not work if they already have u blocked, I am working diligently to find the answer, i have even copied the URL for when u click on block and replace the Facebook UserID with the person u who has u blocked, but its not workin

You can't do it b/c that person who blocked you is no longer your "friend," and you can only block people who are on your "friend" list.

You can refer back to an old message that they sent out in your inbox. Click on it. Then click "Report Message" It will automatically put them on your block list even if they blocked you.
