You mean your wireless? You need to turn on whatever encryption is available with your router/access point. I also recommend not broadcasting the SSID once the wireless network has been set up, and there is usually also an option to only allow certain MAC addresses to connect to the system. Doing all of these will get you as secure as possible, but you have to go in and look at what security options are available to you.
