How do you feel about spammers who answer just enough of the question in their sales pitch to not have their answers rejected even though the answer is obviously biased?

In this case, some of the answers that I find are a bit intolerant. Sometimes, there are answers that are just based on opinions, because the question asked for so. However, if the answer if found to be discrinatory, or rather offensive in any other case, then it should be considered to be flagged.
