they're two different types of mafia movies and I've noticed that they've both been on TV constantly for the past month. I love both and IMO, they are the two best movies of all time, but I can watch Goodfellas over and over and over again and never tire of it. I can't believe Ray Liotta didn't become HUGE after that film. Al Pacino made me swoon in Godfather I and II. I'd take him anyday of the week....even if he is a gangster and murderer, he means well and he loves his family !! : D Thanks for your votes!

Neither... Goodfellas was funny in a twisted way in a couple of spots, but had no redeeming social value, and just seemed to ooze negative energy. The Godfather, I don't know why it's seen as a great movie. To me it's wooden, directly in keeping with the poorly written book. (sorry...)
