Never heard of it but enlighten me? Edit(LONG OVERDUE!) I'm fully in support of these brave and smart officers who realize there is no point in them wasting their valuable time with such a useless pursuit of people who aren't out to harm anyone. If you took the criminal element out of marijuana and merely stuck to regulating it the same way alcohol and tobacco are, not to mention tax it the same way the cost could come down while the revenues went up Not to mention true criminals would need to look elsewhere to exploit people.
