    Always by Atlantic Starr
    I hated that song with a passion and was VERY pissed when the DJ played it.

    Verse 1: Girl you are to me, all that a woman should be and I dedicate my life to you always.
    A love like yours is rare, it must have been sent from up above.
    And I know you'll stay this way, for always.

    Chorus:
    And we both know, that our love will grow and forever it will be, you and me. (yeah)
    Ooh you're like the sun, chasing all of the rain away.
    When you come around you bring brighter days.
    You're the perfect one, for me and you forever will be.
    And I will love you so, for always.

    Verse2:
    Come with me my sweet, let's go make a family.
    They will briing us joy, for always.
    Ooh boy I love you so, I can't find enough ways
    To let you know, but you can be sure I'm yours for always.

    Chorus: Repeat

    (Ooh...ooh...I will love you so for always.)

  • Our first dance was to "All I Ask Of You" from The Phantom of the Opera. We had our wedding party join us for "Power of Two" by the Indigo Girls.

    During the wedding itself, our processional was Trumpet Tune in B-flat major by Mark Thewes, and the recessional was the Finale from Symphonie #5 by Charles-Marie Widor.

    We had a ton of singing, and I sang 3 songs myself before the wedding. My brother and 2 of my friends also sang.

    I am such a crybaby that I could not stomach the traditional wedding march so the music at my wedding is as follows: the prelude was Largo by Handel, the processional was chorale 147 by J.S. Bach on flute and harp, the recessional was sheep may safely graze by J. S, Bach.

    DJ Butter jetpacking up up and away

    "My Best Friend" by Tim McGraw...it has been "our song" since the first couple months of our relationship...it's been nearly 2 years now. We already agreed that we will play this song for our first dance at our wedding.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    I never had no one that
    I could count on
    I've been let down so many times
    I was tired of hurtin'
    So tired of searchin'
    Til you walked into my life
    It was a feelin' I'd never known
    And for the first time, I
    didn't feel alone
    You're more than a lover
    There could never be another
    To make me feel the way you do
    Oh, we just get closer
    I fall in love all over
    Everytime I look at you
    I don't know where I'd be
    Without you here with me
    Life with you makes perfect sense
    You're my best friend
    You're my best friend, oh yeah
    You stand by me
    And you believe in me
    Like nobody ever has
    When my world goes crazy
    You're right there to save me
    You make me see how much I have
    And I still tremble when we touch
    And oh the look in your eyes
    When we make love
    You're more than a lover
    There could never be another
    To make me feel the way you do
    Oh, we just get closer
    I fall in love all over
    Everytime I look at you
    I don't know where I'd be
    Without you here with me
    Life with you makes perfect sense
    You're my best friend
    You're my best friend
    You're more than a lover
    There could never be another
    To make me feel the way you do
    Oh, we just get closer
    I fall in love all over
    Everytime I look at you
    I don't know where I'd be
    Without you here with me
    Life with you makes perfect sense
    You're my best friend
    You're my best friend
    You're my best friend
    P. W. Pasobrio loves Marines
    For my first one it was "From this moment" by Shania Twain. To this day I can't stand to hear her sing.
    For my second one it was going to be "God Bless the Broken Road" by Rascal Flatts. Instead we played it at his furneral.
    I set out on a narrow way
    Many Years Ago
    Hoping I would find true love
    Along the broken road
    But I got lost a time or two
    Wiped mt brow and kept
    Pushing through
    I couldn't see how every sign
    Pointed straight to you
    That every long lost dream
    Lead me to wre you are
    Others who broke my heart
    They were like Northern Stars
    Pointing me on my way
    Into your loving arms
    This much I know is true
    That God Bless the Broken road
    That led me straight to you
    I think about he years I spent
    Just passing through
    I'd like to have the tiem I've lost
    And give it back to you
    But you just smile and take my hand
    You've been there you understand
    It's all part of a grander plan
    That is comin' true
    That every long lost dream
    Lead me to wre you are
    Others who broke my heart
    They were like Northern Stars
    Pointing me on my way
    Into your loving arms
    This much I know is true
    That God Bless the Broken road
    That led me straight to you
    Now I'm just rolling home
    Into my lover's arms This much I know is true
    That God Blees the broken road
    That led me straight to you
    That God bless the broken road
    That led me straight to you
    Two weeks after I started dating my husband he played this song for me. It became our song and was played at our wedding.
    Something About You
    by Bad Company - Dangerous Age 1988
    I've only known what it is to be lonely
    When into my life, you came walking through
    Can this be real, I don't know what I'm feeling
    Ooh, there's something 'bout you
    And I can't believe the way that you know me
    You sense every mood, ooh you know when I'm blue
    But here in my heart, ooh there's mixed up emotions
    Ooh, there's something 'bout you
    I never wanted anybody, and I won't start now
    I never planned it, I don't understand it, so tell me what can I do
    Don't turn away, ooh I think I'm still learning
    Yeah, there's something 'bout you
    Ooh, here in my heart, ooh there's mixed up emotions
    But there's something 'bout you
    You know there's something 'bout you
    There's something 'bout you, you came shining through, babe
    Now there's something 'bout you, I don't know, I don't know what I'm feeling
    There's something 'bout you, I don't know, I don't know
    Yeah there's something 'bout you
    For my Husband ~ 1959-1999 ~ You are missed!
