"Who loves / hates cabbage?" Hmnn.. I'm guessing everyone either hates or loves it, so: EVERYONE! minus people who have no idea what it is. minus those who just died trying to pronounce it. I personally enjoy it and think it should be a part of every great salad!

LOve green or red cabbage. I love it in cole slaw but usually made at home because most other ones are too sweet. I love Corned beef and cabbage, especially when cooked in Guinness!!! The taste can't be beat!!! And red cabbage stewed with apples and a touch of vinegar added with some cloves, yum! And Napa cabbage is fabulous in Chinese food, dumplings, pot stickers. Wouldn't know what to do without it.

I love a dish of hot red cabbage, Mmmm. Green cabbage is awesome in eggrolls, sauerkraut or cole slaw. It is absolutely delicious.
