I would sell nutritious soup,in biogradable containers,with a side of bread and small salad,with tomatoes,cucumbers,onions,and leaf greens(as apposed to lettuce).It is fast,healthy ,and environmentally sound.

Since this is definitely a fantasy for me, it would be a restaurant featuring Armenian food and my grandmother and mom (both of whom are no longer around) would be the cooks...talk about delicious! Not so nutritious, because all they ever used was butter and lots of it...but my grandmother made baklava from Scratch! The pastries that came out of her kitchen and that my mom made were out of this world. I'm a pretty good cook but they were superb and I'd only want to serve my customers that which was superb! :)

It will be called Die Hasenpfeffer Haus and of course we will serve a variety of rabbit dishes. We will be the Chic Fil-A of rabbits. New meat and a bold new concept. Our spokescharacter will be Bugs Bunny. That's all folks.
