I don't know about a specfic infection, but I don't think that is a good idea.

im not sure as to any documented cases but i think its fine as long as you clean up right after you do whatever you are doing. i do think you can if you leave it there or mix other things with it such as semen or just dirt from the sheets or whatever.

No. If those things are safe to eat, they won't cause infection, Neither peanut butter nor chocolate will rot, even if she didn't wash for several weeks. I used to insert a chocolate bonbon into my lady's vagina [note: that's IN, not ON; you asked ON] and drink it out as it melted. Drove her wild. But not as wild as squirting champagne inside her. NOT a good idea. I heard a story of a girl who let her man use mayonaise for lubricant and a week later she was at the doc complaining that she was having contant uncontrollable orgasms (sounds nice but very inconvenient)- because the bacteria grew and formed populations within the vagina which then attacked the clitoris (veryyy sensitive target). SO, although I dont know if chocolate or pb would have the same effect i'd say dont do it because you never know. if you thinkabout it, it makes sense - food has natural living bacteria or organisms that have the chance of spreading and causing serious infection or irritation.

it is fine to put it on and in the vagina as me and my wife do it regularly. i also insert my penis while it is in there as then she can lick it of my penis after then i lick it out of her and as long as you clean her up properly then there is no problem another good thing to try is using honey or golden syrup
