A pitcher (A) gives up a run in the bottom of the 9th to tie the score. The visiting team scores a run in the top of the 10th a new pitcher (B) pitches the bottom of the 10th and allows no runs. Who gets the win Pitcher A or B?

Pitcher A gets credit for the win because he was the pitcher of record when his team took the lead for the final time; he also gets a blown save against his name however for blowing the lead in the bottom of the 9th (assuming you havent omitted any relevant information that would change this eg. pitcher A is actually a starter who pitched into the 9th, or he entered the game before the lead was taken in the 8th inning). Pitcher B then gets credit for a save.
