Why can't labs figure out what every "secret" ingredient and recipe is in their competitors' products?

    In many cases, we can determine the recipe from a product analysis. In others, people like me will cleverly mask the signature of the primary functioning agent with a nonfunctional related compound to hide the identity and maintain the secret. Consider it industrial chemical camoflage. LOL
