I couldn't figure out wat the abrev. stood for, however, the song was referring to hip hop (very clever actually). which sparked the beef between Common and Westside Connection(Ice cube,WC,Mac 10 ext.)In the song he says something about she moved to california and starting doin ruff or somethin.any way he was saying that the westcoast gangsta rap was ruining hip hop. so Westside Conection responded with a hordcore diss called "westcoast slaughterhouse". the song is hard to find so i got a link for you: http://youtube.com/watch?v=kOtR8PfA6uw&feature=related

It stands for hip hop in it's essence and realist. The westside slaughterhouse track is off of Mack 10's self titled debut album. Common then responded with "The Bitch in Yoo" that was on a relativity records "Urban Assault" compilation.
