I've noticed that there is an "ebb and flow" to these things. Sometimes I will ask a silly innocuous question and get tons of response. Other times, I will ask a serious depth-laden question and be almost completely ignored. I think it depends a great deal on time of day/day of week/who else is hanging out at AB. The key is to remember that it isn't personal (except in cases of truly obnoxious behavior).

sometimes there seems to be lots of people on AB and other times it seems to go really slow. ive had some questions that have had no response at all and some that have had lots. i think it depends when you post and who is on AB at the time.

To be honest sometimes yes. I do have a couple of new friends that always answers me and thank God I have those. I would like new friends to comment one way or another. Thanks for your question

I think we all go through that feeling every now and again. I often think that I am invisible for a while sometimes hours at a time, sometimes days. Sometimes it is just because you are on site at the wrong time for most of the other people that tend to rate questions and answers because there are people that make it a policy never to rate anyone unless it is Down.

No. I've just never written that killer question that everyone wants to answer like 'What color socks are you wearing today?'

I don't feel that way but I don't ask that many questions and I answer so many that I don't really keep track of whether or not I get comments or responses. I like your stuff and often answer. You are surely not on any black list in my opinion.

If you submit quality answers you will get points. There is a wide enough variety of people here that no one is really "black listed." There are a few cliques and groups of people that regularly rate friends just because they're friends though.

I used to. But then I realised sometimes good answers and questions get "buried" at busy times and people miss them. I hope you don't feel blacklisted Norman - you're great.
