  • Being mean on the internet is not a crime. I don't think myspace has any rules about that sort of thing, so unfortunately for you, you can't remove said remarks about you. If the person is posting false and purposely harmful stuff about you that you can prove is having a large effect your life (EX, if someone made something up about you and you got fired over it) then you could try to take legal action. But keep in mind most of the time these cases don't even make it to court, that is if you can get a lawyer that understands internet law well enough to take the case.
  • myspace has several anti-cyber bullying protocols, I myself would recommend simply deleting the person from your friends list or setting your profile to private so receiving messages from non friends is not possible.
