That is my question, unfair.!.!.! I think a lot of companies are prejudiced against prospective employees who have detrimental credit ratings; the last form of legalized bigotry: credit bigots. It's pretty sad to see someone score off the charts in testing and yet not get employed because they may have made a few bad decisions in their past. No criminal record, no drug abuse, just a poor credit rating: yes I could have had 6 jobs already that paid over $13.00 / hr to start this year already but since I am in the credit hole I am just scraping by. This may be TMI but I feel it is relevant to an accurate answer to you question.
