Internet Explorer 7 which comes with Vista hides the File Edit View etc menu by default. Press the Alt button on your keyboard to make it appear, then click File, Send, and choose E-Mail or whatever.
Just press Enter
This isn't OS dependent, it's to do with IE. What do you want to send? You could just copy and paste and then e-mail.
