Read your policy. each insurance company has their own definition for each item as a covered loss. generally, accidentally dishcarged water pertains to water hoses, that burst, to the clothes washer, a commode that overflows, a water heater that rusts and discharges water on the floor or carpet. there are other definitions. accidental means not intentional.
