1) In the description after the name of the category stays at the moment: "I'm not going to tell what this category is for. Yet." I think this is clear enough... 2) Maybe there should be in the future an SMS interface for Answerbag, where people could just anonymously post questions per SMS without needing to register. 3) note also hat this is an undercategory of the category "Outside the bag" ("The island of misfit questions, from the head-scratching to the surreal...")

It's the place that people put questions when they don't know what category to put them in.

SMS is the abbreviation for "Short Message Service". This, I believe, is how most text messages from handheld devices (cell phones, blackberries, and the like) are sent. So, you send a message from a handheld, and rather than search for a category, you can put it here. Then people can get 5 moderating points by moving it to the correct category. (Technically, I guess you could, too, if, when you got home or to work, you did it on your home/work computer.)

Outside the Bag is for things that don't fit elsewhere. Incoming SMS Question -- never heard of it but sounds like questions asked by mobile phone.
