If abortion is made illegal, how much time should a woman serve for have one done anyway?

If it were made illegal, it would surely be because of the belief that by having an abortion, the woman is killing her child. If that is the reasoning, there, then logically, it would be the same time as if the woman had killed an already born child or person.

They should get a $10 minor fine.It is silly to put one in jail for abortion.
