  • i have 2 brothers. the way the bulked up is this...they workout(nothing super strenuous...just the classic push up/sit up, and an hhour or 2 playing basketball in the park) at dinner, they eat a crap load of food, and then they go straight to sleep. the weight they gain turns to muscle, cuz 60% of your calories are burned during sleep.so they don't get fat.the muscles start getting bigger after about 2 months.actually their calves and pec's got bigger first, followed by the forearms and stomach.then their thighs and back muscles start showing up in the winter.by spring, they are ripped, just in time for the beach. and then they stop working out, and the excercise just comes from hanging around with their friends, walking around the mall like bums and swimming at pool parties and the beach and stuff....then, when school starts up again, they started back with the dumbbells and pushups again. i suggest you try this method. my brothers never drank weird drinks or foods....just a normal diet of school food and lots of second helpings of my moms dinner.
  • what instrument do you play? If you just exercise in a normal fashion, lift weights, cardio, etc. you will be lean and mean and in the long run why do you want a girl who thinks the michelin man is hot?
  • lift heavy and consume lots of protein. but i would suggest you don't start with weights at your age cuz it can stun your growth.
