Of all of them, Resistance: Fall of Man , looks good. and Call of Duty 3, since it rules on the 360;)

Blazing Angels looks interesting, I'd get it if it were slightly cheaper.

If you like action games, i'd say Ninja Gaiden Sigma (unless you played the original XBox version) and the upcoming Folklore. Both got many good reviews.
