  • yoga is the only thing i've found that calms me down at the time and has a lasting effect.
  • This is going to sound absurt, but I found that the best way to relax is to go for a run. While I run ,I listen to my favourite tunes and think about things that really matter in life and at the same time I get rid of tension and stress.It is free and it works, try it! ;o))
