    I tend to like 'em short, non-foreign to me, meaningful and to the point...I used to do Ommmm...but now it is Maaaaa...more open and round in the mouth. Sometimes, it is some word I am trying to get more into me...a quality like patience, or peace, or seva (selfless service), or sometimes a goddess name when I am trying to commune with a particular energy. Also, I am planning on trying: Om namah shivaya, (I honor the divinity that resides within me) from a book I recently read, though I may change the shiva part to a god I resonate with more than Shiva.
